Matanah means "gift" in Hebrew. We are a charitable program for kids in elementary and middle school who want to learn about philanthropy. We want to help you make your first gift!
What we do
Our program and this site were developed to teach you about philanthropy. We are a matching gift program. This means that if you raise some money, ten dollars, we will donate forty dollars to add to your funds and make a gift of fifty dollars to an organization that you identify and learn about.
As you page through our web site you will learn about philanthropy and have the opportunity to make your first philanthropic gift with us. We hope we will be the first of many that you make.
